This site is informational. It describes the private hospitality experiences we arrange and invites enquiries. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a guarantee of availability, or a commitment to provide any service, and nothing on it forms a contract.

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve anything and does not create a booking. Any arrangement between us takes effect only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the services, dates, price, payment schedule, and cancellation terms that apply. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement governs.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to make an enquiry or book with us.

You agree not to:

• Use the site unlawfully or in breach of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any related system
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or contact details from the site
• Use any contact address published here to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for another person

The content of this site, including its text, design, layout, imagery, and marks, belongs to Own the Week or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

This site loads web fonts from a third-party provider. Experiences we arrange are delivered in part by independent suppliers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or acts and omissions of third parties, and any link we provide is not an endorsement.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete, accurate, or current. Descriptions of experiences are indicative and subject to change and availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Own the Week and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this site, however caused and on any theory of liability. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Own the Week and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or this site.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
